At Clear View Surveyors, we provide detailed property surveys that give you a clear understanding of a property’s condition. How we deliver our service.

Thorough inspection of the property

We carry out a thorough inspection of the property. Where possible we use a camera pole to inspect the tops of chimneys, roof coverings and guttering. We do this to make sure where it is safe to do so we are able to inspect all visible parts of the property.

Issuing the report

We aim to deliver the report within five working days from the inspection. Our reports are broken down by separating each elevation of the property, this allows for a condition rating to be applied to each element of each elevation.

Online meeting

Once the report has been issued, we look to schedule in an online meeting to go over our findings. This will give you the opportunity to talk to us about any concerns you may have as well as helping you make an informed decision.
